Spray pressure sensor

Real-time impact detection for water jet processes

Our pressure sensor is engineered to accurately measure the impact of water jets on any surface, providing a reliable and versatile solution for flow monitoring in industrial and research applications. Thanks to its robust and highly sensitive design, the sensor captures the pressure exerted by water jets in real time, delivering detailed information about impact intensity and distribution.

Easy to integrate into various systems and applications, the sensor is ideal for monitoring critical parameters in contexts such as material resistance testing, verification of high-pressure cleaning processes, irrigation performance control, and simulations of extreme environmental conditions.

Collected measurements are transmitted to a dedicated interface, enabling immediate visualization and recording of data, which allows for detailed and customizable analysis.

Output of the spray sensor

With our water jet pressure sensor, companies can optimize processes, ensure quality and safety in testing, and achieve maximum reliability and precision for every application.

The spray sensor is a sensitive, waterproof resistive tactile sensor array designed to capture instantaneous and actionable spray pattern and spray pressure data generated by sprayed fluids or gases.

The Spray Pressure System captures distribution and impact pressure. The Spray Pressure System accurately identifies the location where sprayed fluid or gases land, by comparing electrical properties of the air surface to that of the spray.

This technology is optimal for use in situations where spray pressures are infinitesimally small.
